Nitrite salt is used in meat industry for processed meat. The base for this salt is high-quality industrial salt that has 0,5% to 0,6% higher levels of nitrite. This type of salt cannot be used directly in human diet. It is packed in polyethylene bags of 25 kg.<\/p>\n
